What are the payment options?
Payment by credit card / Debit card: Your order is confirmed instantly. We can make installments by credit card with interest. You can see the maturity options at the payment step.

Do you make installments by credit card?
We make installments by credit card for up to 9 months. You can see the maturity options in detail during the payment step.
Is payment by credit card safe?
The infrastructure of our payment system is provided by Turkey's globalized payment infrastructure provider, Iyzico. All credit card information is encrypted and sent to the bank via the secure SSL system. As Batrinix, we cannot display any payment information.
What is the warranty scope, how does the process work?
Warranty coverage is subject to Batrinix review. If you think there is a manufacturing error within the scope stated above, you can call us immediately at 0533 887 38 38 or send an e-mail to info@batrinix.com .
Warranty coverage becomes invalid in cases such as incorrect installation, repairs without Batrinix's knowledge, sale of the product to a second buyer, use of the product outside the home, or use of the product in a humid environment.
How does the delivery process work?
After the order is received, a preliminary meeting is held for approval. When the production process of the approved orders is completed, you will be notified by call. The day for delivery is planned and delivered.
